With over a decade of experience in customer service and financial services, Janna possesses a versatile skill set that enables her to execute complex and confidential administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Outside of work, Janna enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and boating, as well as cooking with her husband and two children. On weekends, she is often on the sidelines cheering for her children’s sports teams or passionately supporting the Buffalo Bills.
