Abby started her recruiting career straight out of college and brings over 4.5 years of industry experience. She started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eklego Workforce Solutions, managing full recruitment cycles for both clinical and non-clinical roles. Abby then joined M3 Placement & Partnership as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, overseeing interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding while collaborating with HR teams to refine processes. Currently, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at M3, Abby specializes in direct placement searches and large-scale projects, developing strategies to meet client staffing needs, optimizing recruitment processes, and building strong client relationships.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Abby is an active volunteer with Cornell Cooperative 4-H, where she channels her energy into supporting the local community.
