As Vice Chairman at JLL, Scott heads up the Strategic Occupancy Solutions practice which supports The Interpublic Group of Companies, Canon, TP-ICAP, Kaplan Inc., Nespresso, and a variety of portfolio companies for KKR, Apollo, and Carlyle as well as major private equity corporate offices.

Deborah brings over 20 years of experience in compensation and human capital management. She has advised across industries with expertise working with financial services and pharmaceutical institutions designing compensation and benefits programs that provide a strategic advantage. Deborah has deep know-how in consulting with boards and management on a broad range of compensation and benefits issues with a focus on linking incentives and rewards  to talent and business strategy. She also brings clients hands-on experience in redesigning executive compensation programs, policies, and processes to address changing business environments, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder feedback, and regulatory requirements.

Suzan Morno-Wade



Suzan Morno-Wade was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Xerox in November 2018. She is also an Executive Vice President of Xerox Holdings Corporation and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Committee reporting directly to the Vice Chairman and CEO.

Morno-Wade works in partnership with senior leadership to drive a human capital strategy that facilitates the company’s transformation, future growth and success. Specifically, she is focused on instilling best practices around organization capability, diversity and inclusion, talent management, learning, total rewards and the work environment.

Christy Harris is Chief Talent Officer / Chief Diversity Officer at Allstate Insurance Company. In this role, Christy is responsible for enterprise-wide talent management, culture, and employee experience. She is accountable for delivering best-in-class recruiting, sourcing, consultation and employment branding to attract top talent, while providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. She is also responsible for the continued advancement of Allstate’s inclusive diversity and equity efforts and the company’s approach to learning and talent management, both critical components of Allstate’s talent strategy. Additionally, Christy oversees Allstate’s employee value proposition, future workplace, culture and the people transformation strategy.




Suzi Sosa is the co-founder and CEO of Verb, a learning and development company transforming leadership training at work.  Verb’s turnkey solution combines bite-sized leadership lessons with a platform designed to create behavior change across an organization.  Verb’s flagship customers include Whole Foods, CHANEL and Facebook.  Suzi is a serial social entrepreneur and previously led the social entrepreneurship program at the University of Texas at Austin.  She is the recipient of the 2014 Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the co-author of Social Impact: Adventures in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.  She has a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in the Plan II Honors Program from UT Austin.
