Before launching Elasta Jobs, Anne gained experience in Talent, Operations, and Technology Product Leadership. She started her career in HR, holding a variety of roles including HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Recruiting. Anne worked as a Talent Advisor to Executive teams and eventually led HR teams who supported organizations of 2,000+ employees. After finishing her Masters in Management at Harvard University, Anne moved to the business side of Liberty Mutual where she oversaw several Operations teams. Anne brought her business expertise back to the Talent space in roles responsible for strategic and financial planning as well as global teams responsible for the digital employee experience. The knowledge gained through these roles positioned Anne well to start Elasta Jobs, a business focused on creating mutually beneficial solutions for independent talent and companies.
Anne is also passionate about mental health awareness and de-stigmatization. She is proud to serve on the Board of Advocates for Bay Cove Human Services; a non-profit specialized in helping people with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
Amanda is a dynamic HR leader with extensive experience as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership with a passion for designing and executing talent and culture related initiatives to enable the business to meet its short and long-term goals. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from Boston College and her MBA from Babson College.
Throughout her career, she has held multiple HR Business Partner roles working with senior leaders in functions including finance, investments, operations, risk management, and sales. As a HR Business Partner, she partnered with executive leaders and their teams to drive talent strategy in the areas of organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, talent management, culture and employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership and employee development, and performance management.
In addition to her HR Business Partner roles, Amanda also held the role of Campus Recruiting Manager where she had the opportunity to design and launch a centralized campus recruiting function for the B2B business unit. In this role, she was responsible for creating the strategy, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures for the newly created team as well as the change management and communication strategy to ensure an effective roll out and streamlined experience for hiring managers and candidates. Due to her success centralizing campus recruiting, she also served on the leadership team centralizing all recruiting within the business unit.
Most recently, Amanda was the Director of Leadership Development Programs where she was responsible for transforming the delivery of corporate-wide early career rotational and DEI leadership development programs by centralizing the management of 14 programs within her team. Amanda and her team partnered closely with talent and business leaders to create the short- and long-term strategy for each development program including identifying and anticipant hiring and capability needs for both now and in the future. She led a team of 20 program managers and specialists focused on delivering best-in-class programs, including mentorship, sponsorship, coaching, networking, professional development and short-term assignments. In July 2021, Amanda started her own consulting business where she supports organizations by reviewing organizational talent practices to identify areas of strength and opportunity. She has a passion for helping organizations to design and implement talent solutions to best enable the organization to meet its business goals through hiring, engaging, developing and retaining talent. Her expertise is in the areas of leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion programs, talent management, employee engagement & culture, employee development, talent analytics & measurement, and performance management.
Paul Moskowitz served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Sysco Corporation from 2011 to 2021. Sysco is the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products and supplies to restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments and other customers who prepare meals away from home. In this role, Paul had executive leadership responsibility for Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Internal and External Communications, Corporate Philanthropy and Government Relations.
Paul began his career with Towers Perrin in compensation consulting. After serving in various compensation, benefits, and staffing roles for two premier casual dining companies, Brinker International and Darden Restaurants, he joined PepsiCo Food Systems as director for global human resources.
After the spin-off of Tricon Global Restaurants (now Yum! Brands) from PepsiCo, Paul led international human resources for the Caribbean and Latin America franchise support business unit. He was promoted to vice president, field human resources and training at Pizza Hut USA (a division of Yum! Brands), and then became chief people officer at Pizza Hut USA. Paul also served as chief human resources officer for Dean Foods Company, the largest dairy processing company in the US.
Paul earned a bachelor of arts degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree in business administration from Rice University.

In this role, she transformed the Company’s HR services model. She implemented a data-driven global case management system that identified trends and more efficiently serviced HR issues while driving self-service using AI and RPA tools. She automated the company’s multi-company $3B payroll system, moving to a co-sourced model that reduced service cost and cycle time. Mary shared her expertise on these topics as a member of multiple leadership teams, including the Corporate Emergency Response Team, Global Data Governance, and Diversity and Inclusion committees.
Modernization is a strong theme throughout Mary’s career, enabling many strategic business decisions that enhanced competitiveness and reduced costs while improving the employee experience. In her senior Benefits roles, she transformed strategies and policies, transitioned the company’s pension plan to a cash balance formula, and optimized 401K plan offerings. She implemented a global system to better manage country health and pension plans while consolidating pension schemes in common markets. In the US, she streamlined the company’s health plan from a fragmented state approach to a self-insured national plan. She then implemented a health care analytics practice to identify spend drivers and reduce costs with plan design changes and wellness strategies. She additionally managed the internal Liberty Retirement Board, gaining strong boardroom insight during the leadership of two Chairman and CEOs.
As the Human Resources Manager for Liberty Mutual’s $2B commercial markets operations, Mary implemented assessments tools to reduce turnover, consolidated division operations, and moved a direct sales model to a broker distribution model. In her earlier roles, she managed both Executive Compensation and Compensation Operations. She has experience in all aspects of compensation strategy and design for employees, management, and board members.
Mary has served on the Advisory Board for the HR Policy Association, working with other large global employers on employment policy and practice. She was a board member for the Business Group on Health, where she collaborated with peers to improve population health around the world, and served on customer advisory boards for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Medco/Express Scripts. She has been a frequent public speaker as a subject matter expert on employee relations, employment policies, pay equity, health care, and wellness strategies.
Mary earned an MBA in Finance from University of Massachusetts and a BS in Business Administration from Suffolk University. She and her family live in Massachusetts.
