POSITION: Finance Manager РMergers & Acquisitions


SUMMARY: The Business Development Finance Manager will provide expert financial analysis and consultation to guide decisions for M&A opportunities, licensing, new market activities, joint ventures, new product launches and competitive bid decisions. This will include oversight of commercial financing, development of business models, and financial forecasting to evaluate and make recommendations on new business development activities.


  • Supports commercial leads and M&A activities through analysis of financial data, development of financial forecasts and business models
  • Facilitates business cases and board of directors presentations
  • Provides negotiation, diligence, launch support and growth strategy for M&A, joint ventures and strategic opportunities
  • Leads strategic arrangements with suppliers
  • Provides deal support and facilitates integration for acquisitions
  • Provides tax and legal planning expertise in emerging markets
  • Evaluates and provides recommendations on deal structuring improvements to be considered
  • Engages with banks and potential financing partners to develop avenues and options for commercial financing for M&A, joint ventures and strategic opportunities
  • Cultivates and manages funding scenarios and financing options
  • Collaborates on synergies with team
  • Nurtures integration & internal communication plans
  • Assures collaboration with finance team for smooth assimilation
  • Represents company in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions
  • Performs all other duties as assigned


  • BS degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA and/or relevant certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience providing financial analysis and advisement for new business development or M&A activities
  • Experience in commercial finance within a publicly traded company is vastly preferred; equipment leasing financing experience a plus
  • Proven track record of helping to drive strategic direction through financial analysis
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex financial metrics to diverse audiences and stakeholders
